I had a mk2 astra 1.4 merit it cost me £100 pounds and £1300 to insure lolol
i had it for 12 months and in that time i did it up to be a full gte rep inside and out as i got hold of one from a mate that cost me £50 i put everything on to mine and the digi dash to then i sold it for £600 lol got no pics but it was nice lol then i went on to the mk3 astra

Not my one but very similar.

It was an old Ford Orion 1.4 GL G200WMD, in Olympic Gold with a Maize (Beige) interior lol.
Got it for nothing before I passed my test and fitted RS front seats.
I had loads of bits to go on it, but I had to move house and couldn't take it with me so had to scrap it.

But that made way for my MK3.

in 1998 when i passed my test i was driving 1 of these, very quick for what it was but it ended up being scrapped after i spun it and ended up in a ditch

my first car was a nova 1.2 sting,after about a week
of driving like a joy rider it popped so put the 1.6 gte
in there,it still said sting on the back,those were the days!!

Morris Marina coupe, paid £75 for it and was a cracking first car.
I went up up the back end of another car so replaced the headlights with Ital ones, halogen headlights were sooooooooooo much better!!!!!

Depends how you look at it, I had a Metro that never saw the road which I tend not to count when recounting my car history.

My first one I could drive was a Triumph Acclaim HLS which was (frankly) awesome.

My first car was a white nova sting too, fitted a 1.4 cam with retuned carb and tweaked exhaust, it was loud and very nippy for a 1.2 with a 4 speed box . It got a ph2 interior with digidash, and colour coded body work, 256mm ATE brakes painted bright red and some vaux alloys, I LOVED that car!

A red 1.1 Peugeot 205 GL 5 door F109FSS.

It ended up lowered on 106 XSI wheels with TD seats (same as GTi but not leather) and a peco backbox.

Ended up selling it and getting a black 1.6 205 GTi
