Mine went through the big grommet,to the rear right,behind the expansion bottle.
yup that's the best spot, take your glovebox out, can get ya hand in the other side nice and easy to pull it through. Best bet is to make a small hole in the rubber first, i got 4awg going through the grommet no probs, I have seen people just pull the grommet out and put the cable through the hole. More chance of wet carpets though!
do you mean the bigger rubber grommet that all the wires go through?

Yeah theres a big rubber grommet just behind the coolent tank, there will be wires already running through it, just pull it out and slide the wire through, i've got 0gauge wire going through mine and it's causeing me no problems.
