turning mysoft top in to a project

hi guys im gona start work on my car this week due to sum idiot side swipeing me ive got some skirts of a sport from the scrapys cost me a 10er so had to get them gona av a gsi front bumper on sat gota lower my mates gsi turbo for it so again nice and cheap lol i had 350 cash off to cover parts the guy has he had ad a few drinks and ill do the work my self.had to buy a new wing . wot i wana ask you guys is ive got 1,1/2 litres of ford techno silver and i went out and bought a litre and half ov vaux diamond black was thinking of spraying the front end in silver and the back end in black and kinda blowing them into each other like around the rear ov the door and front of the rear panel on an angle like / BUT sum of my mates are trying to put me off the idea so wot do u think

if you can do it, then go for it! theres a euro stlye mk3 thats had a similar paintjob, and it looks pretty damn cool

ive seen pics of 1 like that in total vauxhaull top and bottom cant say i was that fused on iti was thinking black on the back to match the thing on the boot and my roof

Blending is very '90's. 2 tone seems to be in fashion right now. I'd do lower half silver (from the upper swage line) and do the top half black as I read in another thread you had a black roof.
