Project 4x4 astra

some great work there, how do you make sure the rear wheels are inline with the fronts? just by mearuing the distances between front and rear? also what about the alignment left to right? sorry if youve already covered it but i just skim read and look at the pics

Well i will be measuring my diagionals at certain points, then the distance between the front and rear wheels, will only be tackin the floor in at first so if needs adjusted then will be easier to move. kinda doin things myself so measuring isnt easy.

Fair play to you matey, iv always wanted to do this but i know id never have the patience! good work tho will be amazin when its finished.

Cheers mate, last weekend took ages to get the floor in the back, but just kept trying and got it. good bit of sweat tho lol. I wanted to do it and now im am it feels great.

Thinners and scotch pads work wonders on getting rid of the sound deadening residue, It how I did our corsa

best way is to heat it up and put a scraper through it. Some good progress though and a good read

Had a road trip yesterday, down to bourne, 630 odd miles lol to pick this up.
