hey you guys.

well i am a new mk3 astra owner

i have just got a 1.4 3dr merit n'reg, at a very very small price tag, but there is alot of tlc needed. so it is going to be my first wee project car

so i will need plenty of advice and hints and tips.

also is there anything i should look out for with the car, and any useful information about the model i have said above.

hopefully i will have a good stay and hope use enjoy my small build.

it was meant to be blue, but its more oceantic now, a bit of purple, blue n green. also has some nice bits of land in the ocean, these islands are also called rust.

so i have probably took on a bit more than i can handle, so any-one in the glasgow area who can lend a hand or info on where i can get a cheap re-spray, then please pass on the info

went to see the car today and from what i can see its not as bad as i first expected, will need alot of new body parts mind you, and tempted to get it sprayed black as the current colour of blue has really fadded out of it.

i shall try and get piccys up of it in the next few days when i go back round to have a much closer look and start buying bits and bobs in time for the pick up
