i rekon it used to be Rich's - he's got a thing about painting cars yellow apparently.
 
how are u gona get hold of a opel gsi grille?! there are like rocking horse do-darr. if your desperate i got a phase 1 gsi grille in red with headlite washers missing. just pay postage and its yours! i also i got 2 phase 2 headlite spare.

Hey, i dont re-paint em that colour, i just look out for the colour.
 
Hey Kev,glad to hear that you are starting the rebuild process. Im sure everyone on here will do the best they can to help you out,and get that thing back on the road in its original glory.

(apart from missing the ph2 gsi grill!)

...just gotta get the bloody thing back from the police now!
 
Yes mate, can't get hold of anyone who can tell me when they'll be doing the inspection.

To make sure there was nothing untoward with it. Its now locked up safely in my workshop ready for the rebuild ;)
 
Yup, as the man rightly said - they just wanted to make sure i hadn't done something to the car to make it unroadworthy.

Going to phone around for loan quote tomorrow :D
 
glad to hear you have it back now mate full steam ahead with rebuild is it ???
