to be honest ben they need a refurb, and by the time they are done and the cost of a set of centre caps (£68) it just wasn't worth doing, plus they are in a horrid gold tint at the moment which is rank! at the end of the day deano gave me what i wanted for them, and if i thought they were worth more i would of asked for more. Fair play to him and goodluck! :beer:

all the same.... not the done thing to be done within a group. the idea of floggin bits between ourselves....cheap....is that we help each other out.....not try n make a quick buck. any bits i've had off here...cheap...would be sold on here cheap if i need to sell.

i heard of some 1 selling a gsi bonnet, i emailed him and offered him and a price and he said he wanted more, i said thats just bein greedy, he replied with, "ive got a business to run" i can sell them 4 more than that like steve says we help each other not rip each other off
 
tbh that's why i offered them here first, and made them real cheap, to help others, i must of got about 14 sets of wheels in the garage, ranging up to £1500 a set, and i'm really not strapped for cash, but it is slightly annoying when you think you are helping someone out and they take advantage, funny how the ad and link hasn't been put on here? like i said though, he paid his money, good old fashioned offer and acceptance, and anyone has the right to sell anything they own for any amount they wish.
 
how much is he actually looking to get for them as its at £112 just now with the reserve not met, i reckon £150 double what he paid for them. shockin
 
was gona keep, decided against it when a friend told me much they were worth and i want to go on holiday...

being a student its good to make some extra cash sometimes when ur skint!

Are they really worth that much? I have got a set of White BBS of a Calibra DTM and only paid £50. Is that a bit of a bargain? How much would you say they are worth?
 
well i don't know how much they're worth, but i do like them :nod:

you looking to sell them? as said above, if i knew numberplate's wheels were 4 stud, i would've had them, and had a go at a refurb myself in my spare time
 
Nah sorry benny boy they aint for sale. Still waiting for two of them to be dropped off, then they are getting fitted. Cant wait. Had my eye on them for years, then my mate said he was scrapping the calibra so was straight in there. After we agreed the price he found out from another friend how much they go for. Tried getting more money from me, but i wasnt playing that game. Just cant wait to get the other two. They are in good nick aswell. Have a look in the post in members section, there is a pic of them. anyone know how much they cost?

just had a look. after seeing that, i'd like to see them on a car before following up my interest in those wheels. the tyres make the alloy looks tiny :o
 
I know, he reckoned they was low profiles. think he had been sniffing summat. I can wait to get them on, think they will look ace, but do worry incase they dont.
 
worth a fortune to the corsa boys.

there is a set going on corsasport, albeit they are refurbed and have pirelli tyres, but the asking price is £500
