"camshaft sensor incorrect signal"

whats it mean?i flashed the codes and it came up with that so i bought a new sensor and it is still coming up with thatanybody got any ideas?

are you flashing the code with the engine running? Usually means sensor is dead, as you've put a new sensor on id start checking the connector and wiring for breaks and faults.

Get a new sensor, cheap as dirt.. will most probs solve it!

If it's a brand new sensor then i'd be looking at the wiring for any signs of damage

We talking about Code 92 ??

The Camshaft sensors do like to break now and again. Normally casued by hardened isloation which splitts and allows water to get in. Then it is only a matter or time before they die. To that end, check your wiring before changing the sensor. Bit silly putting a new one in, if the wiring going to it is duff.

Oops, sorry! I didn't realise you had bought a new sensor! In that case, check all the wiring for breaks or anything wrong with it.

mine is sayin the same fault but i cana afford a sensor so i will giv the wires a try

if you got a new sensor surely its the wiring hen so id try and see if its that.
