ive got a 4 branch manifold of a red top if i fit it to my 2.0 8v will it give me any better performance or any extra bhp

if it fits to the head and joins up with the exhaust system ok then you might gain a couple of bhp, it would be like upgrading to an aftermarket manifold. if it does fit ok then think about upgrading the rest of the system to make the most of it.
yeh ive all ready de catted it and got a rage twin up lift back box ill take out the center box then next

it should fit as ive got a manifold gasket of a red top fitted too it now as it wasnt 1 in stock for my engine at the time when it was blowing i will just av to mod the end underneath the car
hey matey, bit off subject i know but a few of us local south wales lads are meeting up next sunday for a bit. your more than welcome to come, its at asdas coryton (j32 m4) then posibly blasting on up to brecon takes some pics or something. be there bout 12 (more info in the region part/south wales)
