I think it must depend on the track; my local circuit Llandow only asks for helmet and all arms and legs to be covered, extinguisher isnt required.

Im currently doing my rainbow blue Estate... Using G3 and an electric buffer, tried G3 by hand once, never again!! Also, a tip when using a buffer, be careful of burning your black bits!!! :doh:

I run an E30 325 track car and would recommend the following: 15s over 17s but have a spare set of wheels and tyres to allow for 'wear' :lol: As said above, interior out as much as possible for weight saving Oil and filter change before a track day, as well as possibly a brake fluid...
